I Am So Happy

A song that I wrote this morning:

Guided Meditation For Healing

I have been studying healing modalities for several years now. I did this visualization to help someone feel better. It seemed to work right away. So here it is:

Before you get started, take note of a few things. Where is the pain located? What is the pain level on the scale of 0-10. 0 being no pain and 10 being sever pain. Also, ask it what color it is, and what color it wants to be.

Get into a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax.

As you inhale, imagine healing energy flow up through your feet from the earth, and in through your hands from The Divine and into the area that is getting the treatment. On the exhale, imagine the energy leave the treated area from the outside of the body, like fireworks shooting out from the treated area. Do this for at least 7 breaths.

Then, on the inhale, breathe in the color it wants to be into the treated area. On the exhale, release the color that it was before the treatment. Do this for at least 7 breaths and until the color being released is the color that it wanted to be.

Next, on the inhale, breathe in Divine Love from all around to your heart. On the exhale, imagine the Divine Love go out from every cell, encapsulating you in a bright, protective light. On each successive exhale, the capsule gets bigger, thicker and brighter. Inside this capsule is a safe place where you will continue to heal. Do this for at least 7 breaths.

Do this exercise every day until you feel all better. Please let me know how this helps.
